At Hemmaljus, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a warranty on all items.
How long the warranty is valid
The warranty period varies depending on the product and can be up to 5 years from the date of purchase. The current warranty period for each product is stated in the product description under specifications.
What the warranty covers
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material faults that occur during normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by:
- Incorrect use or installation.
- Accidents or external impact.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Modifications or repairs performed by an unauthorized person.
How to make a warranty claim
Contact us at info@hemmaljus.se and provide your order number and a description of the defect.
Please attach images of the product and the defect to facilitate processing.
We strive to respond to all warranty claims within 1–2 business days and will get back to you with information on how the matter will be handled.
Your statutory rights
This warranty does not affect your statutory rights under Swedish consumer law.
